A quick note about us:

With 16 years in the Food, Beverage and Event Business,  Mike has many varied events both completed and still being invented.

We not only like to work with the public, but especially enjoy working with others that appreciate great food in unusual circumstances and locations.

Part of what drives us is the ability to see events that can only be dreamed of.  We all enjoy a challenge and the biggest reward is seeing a dream come true.  From a formal black and white wedding to a BBQ and picnic in a remote creek side setting ( that has never been seen before) Mike and his associates enjoy pulling off the unexpected.

and remember when you’re done eating….nuthin will be left but the BONE

I just wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU so much for the great food and wonderful atmosphere at our rehearsal dinner BBQ.  The food was perfect, and so beautiful.  Our guests really enjoyed it.  The BBQ was incredible, the fresh corn was amazing and the fresh hot peach cobbler was the best I have ever had (and I come from the country where peach cobbler is an art form!)

Adam and I had such a great time. We cannot thank you and FLYING BARRACUDA BBQ for making sure that our rehearsal dinner went so well.

We are looking forward to future catering events!

Subject: pulled pork

Dear mike:

Our folks are in town from Texas.  Total Pulled pork experts.  Made your recipe.  Put the sauce on and oh my gosh…it was soooo good.  Did the Texas thing and added onions and pickles!

Hot German potato salad from my end and it was very impressive!

I need more sauce!  let me know how I can buy some!

My husband and I would like to thank you sooooo much for making our wedding such a FABULOUS day!

We  were so excited to see the beautiful layout of the food, and talk about YUMMY!  I work with a lot of our guests that were there and they STILL talk about the food and how great it was.

You made it so easy to come up with our venue and Shon and I loved every bit of it.

We also enjoyed how fun you are to work with!  You made our planning a fun and an easy experience and we just wanted to tell you how much you helped our day…better than we could’ve imagined!
